Lakeside rental cottages offering three season enjoyment

Pleasure Point Cottages encompasses four picturesque acres and is situated on its own point of land.
Surrounded by 1100’ of lakefront, we welcome you to enjoy this family oriented, vacation destination!

Year round, take advantage and explore the 4 connecting lakes offering over 10 miles of shoreline
…or just relax and embrace the sunsets, tranquility, and peace.
Pleasure Point Cottages is truly an escape from the hustle and bustle.

During the summer months, crystal clear Trout Lake beckons with incredible swimming, boating,
and fishing. For the hikers, bikers, canoeists, and sightseers, renowned Algonquin Park
is a short 30 minute drive west.

For those wanting to experience the tranquility of spring or be awed by the spectacular autumn colours,
we have reduced the rates during the spring and fall seasons.

The Cottages

In all, there are 9 recently renovated cottages available with 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms.

Each cottage is spaciously set apart from the next,
offering lots of privacy and plenty of room for gatherings,
campfires, BBQ’s, and games.

The lakeside fire pits are stocked with wood in anticipation of your
arrival. Each additional wheel barrow load is $10.00.

BOAT LAUNCH and docking facilities are available on site.

Canoes, kayaks and paddleboats are
for your enjoyment and free of charge.

The beachfront area, although not supervised, provides a
gentle grade to deeper waters.

Your dog is welcome, if he/she is well behaved,
leashed, and ‘scooped-up’ after! Please do not bring your cat.

The self-contained cottages are nestled amongst the pines and
hug the shoreline on beautiful Trout Lake.

Cottages #1 through #7 are lakefront, while cottages #8 and #9
are lake view and very private.

Each cottage is equipped with a 3 or 4 piece bathroom, and includes
fridge, stove, dishware, cutlery, pots, coffee maker, and microwave
… all cottages have satellite TV, a propane BBQ and firepit.
We do offer limited wi-fi and have great cell service.
We do not allow tents!

We provide the bed sheets and pillows … please supply your own bed blankets/comforters and towels!!!

The first few rolls of toilet paper are supplied, then you're on your own.

You may also want to pack bug spray, spices, aluminum foil, paper towels, kleenex, soap...
if you've forgotten or need something, please ask and chances are we can help you out!

Cottage Rates: Summer 2024

*based on weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) from June 29 - August 30

1 Bedroom / week	3 ppl max	$  950.00
2 Bedroom / week	5 ppl max	$  1025.00
3 Bedroom / week	6 ppl max	$  1125.00

Check-in after 3:00pm and check-out no later than 10:00am.

LOW SEASON RATES in effect during May/June and Sept/Oct (excluding long weekends)!
1 bdrm cottage - $125/ngt or $625/wk • 2 bdrm cottage - $135/ngt or $675/wk
3 bdrm cottage - $150/ngt or $800/wk
(based on minimum 2 night rental)
Long weekends require a minimum 3 night stay.

Tax (13% HST) is in addition to the above noted rates.

ALL cottages are non-smoking!

Weekly reservations require a $200.00 deposit due at time of booking.
Cancellation policy as follows; With 60 days notice of cancellation, deposit will be refunded
less a $50.00 administration fee. With less than 60 days notice, deposit will not be refunded.

The balance is due upon arrival.

No refunds will be offered for late arrivals or early departures.
